📢 Let’s Talk About Bowel Cancer – Don’t Ignore the Signs! 💙

Bowel cancer (also known as colorectal cancer) is the second biggest cancer killer, but it doesn’t have to be. Early detection can save lives. 🙌

🧠 Know the Signs & Symptoms:
🔹 Blood in your poo
🔹 Persistent changes in bowel habits (diarrhoea or constipation)
🔹 Unexplained weight loss
🔹 Abdominal pain or bloating
🔹 Feeling like you haven’t emptied your bowels properly
🔹 Fatigue without a clear reason

🧪 Get Tested!
If you’re over 50 (or have a family history), ask your GP about bowel screening. In many countries, home test kits are available and FREE. It’s quick, simple, and could save your life. ✅

📅 Don’t Wait – Act Early!
If something doesn’t feel right, don’t delay. Talk to your doctor. Bowel cancer is treatable, especially when caught early.
