๐Ÿ”น Persistent changes in bowel habits (diarrhoea or constipation)
๐Ÿ”น Unexplained weight loss

๐Ÿ”น Feeling like you havenโ€™t emptied your bowels properly
๐Ÿ”น Fatigue without a clear reason
