We Are Listening

We do offer a number of pre-bookable appointments each week, and based on your feedback, we will explore increasing availability to meet the growing demand.

While we strive to keep appointments on time, there are instances beyond our control that can cause delays. If you’ve been waiting more than 20 minutes past your appointment time, please visit the Reception Desk for an update.

The NHS Friends and Family Test is a key tool for gathering your thoughts, helping us reflect on and improve our services. Your feedback is invaluable in guiding us on what we’re doing well and where we can improve.
